Data, analysis code and supplementary materials for the systematic review and meta-analysis of deficit irrigation effects on maize grain quality. Contents: 1_data/ extracted records and pooled inputs; 2_code/reproduce_manuscript.R single-entry reproduction script; 3_supplementary/ PRISMA checklist, search strategies and supplementary tables; 4_figures/ all manuscript and supplementary figures; results_reproduced.json the numbers the script produces. Run Rscript 2_code/reproduce_manuscript.R from the package root to regenerate the reported effect sizes. Version 2. Figures 3 and 4 were re-typeset for the journal's page width; the data, code and every reported number are unchanged from v1.
