于山东寿光蔬菜大棚选择三种不同作物,于成熟期采样,每种作物分健康与发病两种生长状态,植株样品3个重复,土壤样品5个重复,共计植株18个样品,土壤30个样品。含有作物养分浓度、土壤化感物质、土壤微生物高通量测序等数据。
Three distinct crop varieties were selected from vegetable greenhouses in Shouguang, Shandong Province, with sampling conducted at their maturity stages. For each crop, two growth states (healthy and diseased) were set up. Three biological replicates were prepared for plant samples, while five biological replicates for soil samples. In total, 18 plant samples and 30 soil samples were collected. The dataset contains data on crop nutrient concentrations, soil allelochemicals, and high-throughput sequencing results of soil microorganisms.
