Beta emission channeling patterns from 6He in diamond

Data from manuscript on "Lattice location of ion-implanted 6He in diamond" 2-dimensional experimental beta emission channeling patterns from beta-decay of 6He following 30 keV implantation into single-crystalline diamond as shown in Figures 3,4,5 of the mentioned manuscript. 20x20 matrix of counts within position-sensitive detector, pixel size 1.3x1.3 mm2 at 60 cm distance from sample. For <211>, <100> and <111> patterns, major horizontal planes are (110), while for the <110> patterns horizontal plane is (100) and vertical (110).
