The concentrations of additional SNM components are given in Table 2. a Concentrations are given as published for sodium, chloride, potassium and calcium in [24] and for phosphate, magnesium and sulphate in [25]. No SEM were available for phosphate, magnesium, sulphate, and calcium. b Calcium was omitted from SNM because it led to precipitates.
