The ID is the unique identifier of a HPP. The pairs of tracings are denoted as 1–2, 2–3 and 1–3, respectively. r is the Pearson’s correlation, dE the Euclidean distance, dP the (ordinary) Procrustes distance between pairs of tracings, and dPgen the generalized Procrustes distance between all three replication tracings simultaneously.
