The development plan Hummelsbüttel 7 for the western boundary of the district Hummelsbüttel (Raakmoorgraben)-over the corridors 1890, 1054 (Grützmühlenweg), 2075, 1039 (Grützmühlenweg), 2234, east border of the hall 2194, via the corridors 2075, 2074, 2105 (Langenhorner Weg) and 2104 of the Hummelsbüttel-Hummelsbütteler Kirchenweg via the corridor 959, southwest and south-west borders of parcel 959 and southern boundary of parcel 2203 of the district Hummelsbüttel (district Wandsbek, district 520) is established.针对赫姆斯比特尔片区（Hummelsbüttel）西侧边界（拉克莫尔格拉本（Raakmoorgraben））制定的赫姆斯比特尔7号开发方案，其边界走向为：以地籍分区1890、1054（格鲁茨米勒路（Grützmühlenweg））、2075、1039（格鲁茨米勒路（Grützmühlenweg））、2234及2194号地块东侧边界为起始，经由赫姆斯比特尔-赫姆斯比特尔教堂路沿线的地籍分区2075、2074、2105（朗根霍纳路（Langenhorner Weg））与2104，沿通道959，最终至959号宗地的西南侧边界与2203号宗地的南侧边界；本方案适用于隶属于万茨贝克区（Wandsbek）520片区的赫姆斯比特尔片区，现已正式确立。
