Area-based compensatory measures provided for by a clearance authorisation. These measures may be of 6 types: Forested reserves, afforestation/reforestation, Wooded rehabilitation,Civil or biological engineering works, Works for the reduction of natural hazards, Land transfer to the state.These measures are decided by the DDT(M)in the framework of the provisions of the Forest Code.由区域清理许可（clearance authorisation）规定的基于区域的补偿措施。该类补偿措施共分为六大类别：森林保护区（Forested reserves）、造林/再造林（afforestation/reforestation）、林地复育（Wooded rehabilitation）、土木与生物工程措施（Civil or biological engineering works）、自然灾害防控工程措施（Works for the reduction of natural hazards）以及土地移交国家所有（Land transfer to the state）。上述补偿措施由DDT(M)依据《森林法》（Forest Code）的相关条款予以确定。
