Community Oil Spill Survey (COSS), Wave 3, People of Plaquemines, Lafourche, Terrebonne Parishes and Grand Isle, Louisiana, April 2011.

This is the third wave of the Community Oil Spill Survey (COSS). The data was collected in April 2011, one year out from the beginning of the oil spill. Conducted by Louisiana State University's Public Policy Research Lab, the COSS is a cross-sectional telephone survey of households randomly drawn from a listed sample of those living in the coastal zip codes of Plaquemines, Lafourche, and Terrebonne Parishes and the City of Grand Isle in Louisiana.本数据集为社区漏油调查（Community Oil Spill Survey, COSS）的第三轮调查数据。该数据采集于2011年4月，即漏油事件发生满一年之时。此项调查由路易斯安那州立大学公共政策研究实验室开展，COSS为一项横断面电话调查，其抽样框架为路易斯安那州普拉克明斯（Plaquemines）、拉福什（Lafourche）、特尔博讷（Terrebonne）堂区以及格兰德艾尔市沿海邮政编码区域内的在册住户，并从中随机抽取受访家庭。
