Genetic Diversity Analysis and Fingerprint Construction of Lentinula edodes in Qinba Mountain Area

In this study, three morphologically distinguishable shiitake mushroom varieties from Baoji City, Shaanxi Province, China were subjected to resequencing analysis of fruiting body parameters, and the amount of Clean Data analysis data was 34.52Gbp, and the Clean Data obtained for each sample was compared with the reference genome . According to the comparison results, through SNP molecular marker technology, and carry out genetic evolution analysis to explore genetic diversity, population structure and so on. The results of this study can provide a basis for mining excellent alleles for subsequent association analysis, and provide a guarantee for the identification of shiitake mushroom varieties and the protection of breeders' intellectual property rights.
