WMS INSPIRE BPL Building plan Oberes Selbacher Eck 5 Change

WMS service of the urban development plan “Bebauungplan Oberes Selbacher Eck 5 modification” of the city of Gernsbach, which was transformed according to INSPIRE, based on an XPlanung dataset in version 5.0.针对根斯巴赫市城市开发规划《Bebauungplan Oberes Selbacher Eck 5 modification》的网络地图服务（Web Map Service，WMS），其基于版本5.0的XPlanung数据集，并按照欧盟空间信息基础设施（Infrastructure for Spatial Information in the European Community，INSPIRE）规范完成了适配转换。
