VPRS 10670 Collectors Cash Book, Interstate Destitute Persons Relief Act, 1912

This series records details of debits and credits with the details of date, name and the particulars of amounts debited and credited. The Collectors Cash Book was used to record amounts collected as fines or court costs or any monies collected and disbursed by the Court. Amounts were then forwarded to the receiver of revenue, or in the case of collections relating to breaches of municipal by-laws, to the relevant authority or disbursed for the purpose for which it was collected.Subject to further research.
