Effect of biological sound on brain waves of stressed college students

This study recruited 32 university students and measured their stress levels via the Perceived Stress Scale. Soundscape samples from 11 biological sources were collected from a forest park in Henan Province, China, and used as auditory stimuli to measure physiological and psychological responses of stressed university students under laboratory conditions.
