This is a time lapse image series of Saccharomyces cerevisiae expressing GFP tagged Bub2, a GTPase activator involves in mitotic cell cycle spindle orientation checkpoint and regulation of exit from mitosis. These phase and GFP images are part of an image group containing CIL 35720-35739. Note that there are additional groups of images of other cell cycle regulator proteins by the same authors available in the Library.
