资源简介:
Drift-Diffusion model outputs included as apart of data avaliability for the publication to appear in Geophysical Review Letters.
The .h5 file includes the model electron flux and simulated count rates for each simulation interval. The interval is denoted by the leading number in the variable name (e.g., "1_flux" corresponds to the model electron flux at the end of interval 1). Numbers 1,2,3, and 4 are the simulation intervals, 0 denotes the initial condition.
The flux is in units of per (cm^2 s sr keV). The indexing is in the order of (pitch angle, longitude, energy). The pitch angle and longitude and energy grids can be found under the variable names "X_a0", "X_mlon", "X_energy", where "X" denotes the interval.
The simulated count rates are also outputed per each interval. The naming format is as follows "X_YY_ZZ", where "X' is the interval, "YY" is the channel (E3 or P6), "ZZ" is the telescope (0 or 90 degrees). The dipole longitude grid used for the count rates are storned under the variable name "X_plon", where X is again the interval.
