The data set contains raw NMR data relevant to the publication 'A new family of ribosomally-synthesized and posttranslational modified knottins from the deep-sea sponge Stryphnus fortis' in Journal of Natural Products. The raw NMR data is organized under main folders, native stryphnine A, stryphnine A ester-modified, stryphnine B ester modified, synthetic stryphnine A and Edited HSQC and HMBC folders. Stryphnine A ester-modified refers to stryphnine A [Ser10-O-CO-Glu29] and stryphnine B ester-modifed refers to [Ser11-O-CO-Glu30].
