Longituinal antibody sequences from Rhesus Macaques immunized with germline targeting Q23-APEX-GT2 immunogen

This dataset contains demultiplexed longitudinal antibody sequencing data from 12 rhesus macaques (Macaca mulatta) immunized with the V2-Apex germline-targeting Q23-APEX-GT2 immunogen. The study tracks the evolution of B cell receptor (BCR) repertoires over 3 time points post-immunization and 1 time point prior to immunization, providing insights into immune responses and the progression of antibody maturation. These data contribute to understanding the efficacy of V2-Apex germline-targeting strategies in guiding antibody development toward broadly neutralizing epitopes, with implications for HIV-1 vaccine design.
