County_State_Roads

Roads Layer for Public maps and data download. This data contains most of the roads in Williams County. It does not contain lease roads. Updated: 6/13/2025. The roads linear feature class shows the location of city, county and state roads within Williams County, North Dakota. The roads were digitized by using the recorded plats and using the aerial imagery. Updates are made as plats with roadways are recorded. Our "RDCLASS" field is a code. The following is the meaning of that code: 1=Interstates, 2=US Highways, 3=State Highways, 4=County highways/roads, 5=All other Township and local roads, 6=On/Off ramps, 10=private roads. "FrostLaws" and "PostFrostLaws" are coded as follows: 6=6 ton, 7=7 ton, 8=8 ton, 10=by legal weight, 12=highways, 20=Special restrictions. "hwy_id" field is what we use to symbolize the road type, i.e. County, County Gravel, County Paved, State, US, gravel...etc. LoadPass is a yes or no field specifing if permit will be issued for the LoadPass System.面向公开地图制作与数据下载的道路图层。本数据集覆盖北达科他州威廉姆斯县的绝大多数道路，不包含租赁道路，更新日期为2025年6月13日。 道路线性要素类（linear feature class）展示了该县内城市道路、县级道路及州级道路的空间位置。本数据集的道路通过已备案的宗地图纸与航空影像完成数字化采集，当含道路的宗地完成备案登记时，系统将同步更新该数据集。 本数据集的「RDCLASS」字段为分类编码，各编码含义如下：1=州际公路，2=美国国道，3=州级公路，4=县级公路/道路，5=其余乡镇及地方道路，6=进出口匝道，10=私人道路。 「FrostLaws」与「PostFrostLaws」字段的编码规则如下：6=6吨限重，7=7吨限重，8=8吨限重，10=合法载重，12=高速公路，20=特殊限制。 「hwy_id」字段用于标识道路类型，例如县级道路、县级碎石路、县级铺装路、州级道路、美国国道、碎石路等。 「LoadPass」为二值字段，取值为「是」或「否」，用于标识是否可为该道路颁发LoadPass系统许可。
