Bassetlaw District Council Brownfield Land Register

Brownfield land registers provide up-to-date and consistent information on sites that local authorities consider to be appropriate for residential development having regard to the criteria set out in regulation 4 of the Town and Country Planning (Brownfield Land Register) Regulations 2017. The criteria require that (a)land must have an area of at least 0.25 hectares or is capable of supporting at least 5 dwellings; (b)the land is suitable for residential development; (c)the land is available for residential development; and (d)residential development of the land is achievable.棕地登记册（Brownfield land registers）可提供最新且统一的信息，涵盖地方当局参照《2017年城乡规划（棕地登记册）条例》第4条规定的标准，认定适合开展住宅开发的地块。 上述标准具体包括：(a) 土地面积不低于0.25公顷，或可容纳至少5套住宅；(b) 土地适配住宅开发；(c) 土地可用于住宅开发；(d) 该土地的住宅开发具备可实施性。
