中国碳核算数据库(CEADs)是由清华大学关大博教授团队于2016年创建的全球领先的碳排放数据基础设施平台，致力于为气候变化研究和碳减排实践提供免费、公开、可验证的高质量数据。该数据库构建了可交叉验证的多尺度碳排放核算方法体系，覆盖中国及70多个发展中国家、400多个城市和地区，实现了从国家到区域、城市和基础设施层面的多尺度整合。
China Emission Accounts and Datasets (CEADs) is a world-leading carbon emission data infrastructure platform founded in 2016 by the team led by Professor Guan Dabo from Tsinghua University. It is dedicated to providing free, open, verifiable and high-quality data for climate change research and carbon emission reduction practices. This database has established a cross-verifiable multi-scale carbon emission accounting methodology system, covering China, more than 70 developing countries and over 400 cities and regions, realizing multi-scale integration from national to regional, urban and infrastructure levels.
