High-throughput virtual screening, modlecular docking scores dataset of 2055 flavonoids against the SARS-CoV-2 main protease 6LU7 using Schrodinger Glide software. Curation data of SARS-CoV-2 Main Protease (Mpro) PDB entries used for the identification and selection of docking protein.本数据集包含针对严重急性呼吸综合征冠状病毒2（SARS-CoV-2）主蛋白酶6LU7靶点，使用薛定谔Glide（Schrodinger Glide）软件对2055种黄酮类化合物开展高通量虚拟筛选所得到的分子对接打分数据集；同时包含用于鉴定并筛选对接所用蛋白的新型冠状病毒主蛋白酶（Mpro）蛋白质数据库（Protein Data Bank，PDB）条目整理数据。
