STUDY OF MICROBIAL DIVERSITY OF SOIL WITH ADDITION OF BIOFERTILIZERS. Metagenome of biofertilizer

Biofertilizers resulting from biodigesters are widely distributed on land used for agricultural production, making it important to understand the impact of this use on the soil microbiota. Therefore, the objective of the research was to carry out microbiological characterization of pure biofertilizers (produced from sheep and goats' waste) and of the rhizospheric soil of Cenchrus ciliaris L. with the addition of increasing doses of biofertilizers.
