Caveolin-1–dependent occludin endocytosis is required for TNF-induced tight junction regulation in vivo

NOTE this is a z stack, NOT time lapse image. This is a three color overaly from an image stack of villi from mRFP1-ZO-1 and EGFP-occludin transgenic mice treated with Hoechst 33342 to label nuclei. In order to collect this entire stack, the intestine was excised and fixed with 1% paraformaldehyde in PBS before imaging.
