Transcriptome Sequencing of Ischemic and Non-ischemic lobes in Liver Ischemia reperfusion Injury

Liver ischemia-reperfusion injury is a common complication of liver transplantation. For a mouse model with 70% liver ischemia, the ischemic lobe undergoes 1 hour of ischemic injury and 6 hours of reperfusion injury, while the non-ischemic lobe undergoes 1 hour of excessive congestion and 6 hours of reperfusion. Therefore, it is still unclear what transcriptional changes occur in the ischemic and non-ischemic lobes. Overall design: RNA-seq was performed on liver ischemia reperfusion model of control group (n=3) , ischemic lobe group (n=3) and non-ischemia lobe group (n=3) espectively.
