Simple download service (Atom) of the dataset: Information perimeters of the land use plan of LAROQUE-D’Olmes

The informational perimeters of the land use plan (POS) are digitised in accordance with the national requirements of the CNIG. They represent the geographical information added either for regulatory reasons or for information purposes: — the information required to be annexed to the planning documents in accordance with Articles R123-13 and R123-14 of the Urban Planning Code; — information reported on graphical documents for information purposes. In this dataset you will find information on TYPE 04 (Urban Preemption Right Perimeters) and 05 (Deferred Development Areas) if they appear on the POS graphic documents.本条目已失效（依据《城市规划法典》第L174-3条），自2017年3月27日起纳入国家城市规划参考体系（Référentiel National de l'Urbanisme，简称RNU）。 本数据集包含的土地使用规划（Plan d'Occupation des Sols，简称POS）信息边界，已按照国家地理信息委员会（Commission Nationale de l'Information Géographique，简称CNIG）的国家级标准完成数字化处理。此类边界承载的地理信息，按添加动因分为两类： —— 依据《城市规划法典》第R123-13条与第R123-14条规定，需作为附件附于规划文件的法定信息； —— 为提供参考信息而标注于图形文档中的辅助信息。 若04类（城市优先购买权边界）与05类（缓期开发区）信息出现在POS图形文档中，本数据集将收录此类内容。
