Metagenomic Analysis of Soil Microbial Communities in Agricultural Ecosystems

This project aims to investigate the microbial diversity and functional potential of soil samples collected from agricultural ecosystems. Using metagenomic sequencing technology, we will sequence the total DNA of soil microorganisms, assemble and annotate the sequences, and then analyze the composition, structure, and functional characteristics of the microbial communities. The research results are expected to provide insights into the role of soil microbes in nutrient cycling, plant growth promotion, and soil health maintenance, and lay a foundation for the development of sustainable agricultural management strategies.
