WFS INSPIRE BPL Am Schelmenbusch — 1st Amendment

WFS service of the urban development plan “Am Schelmenbusch — 1st change” of the municipality of Karlovy Vary, which was transformed according to INSPIRE, based on an XPlanung dataset in version 5.0.卡罗维发利（Karlovy Vary）市镇"Am Schelmenbusch——第一次变更"城市发展规划对应的Web要素服务（Web Feature Service, WFS），基于5.0版本XPlanung（XPlanung）数据集，并按照欧盟空间信息基础设施倡议（Infrastructure for Spatial Information in the European Community, INSPIRE）规范完成转换。
