Bulk RNAseq of the HhipCKO (UBCcreER/Myh11creER/Hhipflox/flox) and control (Hhipflox/flox) adult mouse mesenchymal cells

To test the effect of Hhip deletion on mesenchymal cells. We examined the transcriptome of HhipCKO vs. control by bulk RNAseq. Overall design: The lung mesenchymal cells from HhipCKO (UBCcreER/Myh11creER/Hhipflox/flox) and control (Hhipflox/flox) adult mouse were FACSorted by negative seletion of CD45/CD31/Epcam. Dead cells were excluded by negative selection of DAPI.
