Analysis of the interferon-induced changes in transcriptome of primary human hepatocytes at three time points by RNA-seq. Homo sapiens

This study aims to determine, in detail, the changes in gene expression that occur in response to interferon alpha stimulation in human primary hepatocytes. Using a transcriptome sequencing approach, the study aimed to identify novel transcripts that were induced in response to interferons and may play a role in innate immunity.
