A fasta file containing the consensus HIV-2 capsid sequences of viruses amplified from persons living with HIV-2 and treated with lenacapavir, at different time points (with Mx: sample collected x months after the initiation of lenacapavir).<br>Of note, a minority-resistant variant was detected in patient 1 at M17, harboring both N73D and A76V mutations (24%). Over 95% of capsid sequences contained the N73D mutation.
