Phase III clinical trial (NCT02993315) of the MIND-DC study, in which 148 stage IIIB/IIIC cutaneous melanoma patients were randomized in a 2: 1 ratio to adjuvant treatment with autologous conventional and plasmacytoid mature natural DC (nDC) versus placebo, and serum metabolomics and fecal metagenomics are then analyzed before and after the treatment.
