Data for: Divergent venoms among two closely related co-distributed centipede species, Scolopendra morsitans and S. hardwickei in tropical Asia

Folder name: Data_MS_upload Name of subfolder Description R_codes Contains the R codes for the matrices and all the analyses performed. PD_result Contains the Proteome Discoverer result files. It has two subfolders in it. The Excel file folder contains the result proteins for each individual in an excel format while the FASTA file folder contains the result proteome FASTA files for each individual. Miscellaneous_excel_files Contains GPS locations data and the matrix generated from the result FASTA files in_silico_50AA_proteome_files Contains the reference proteome files generated from the individual venom gland transcriptomes for both the species FASTQC_reports Contains the FASTQC report files. It has two subfolders. The Before trimming folder contains the FASTQC report html files for each individual before trimming, and the After trimming folder contains the FASTQC report html files for each individual after trimming.
