Heat pulse velocity, wound corrected heat pulse velocity, sap velocity, uncalibrated sap flow, and calibrated sap flow measured every 15 minutes at various heights and depth in four trees each of southern red oak (Quercus falcata) and loblolly pine (Pinus taeda) at Schenck Memorial Forest (35° 49' 1.6”N, 78° 43' 35”W) in Raleigh, North Carolina from June 14th, 2021 at 18:00 to August 4th, 2021 at 15:30. Sap flow measurements were obtained with three-needle heat pulse velocity sensors (East 30 Sensors, Pullman, WA) based on the heat ratio method (Burgess et al. 2001) on a data logger (CR1000; Campbell Scientific Inc., Logan, UT) with a multiplexer (AM16/32; Campbell Scientific Inc., Logan, UT). Metadata file that contains column descriptions is included.
