Evaluation of Foot Plantar Pressure Distribution Parameters among Recreational Dancers as Compared to Age-Matched Healthy Controls: A Cross-Sectional study

This cross-sectional study compared pressure distribution between recreational dancers and age-matched healthy controls of ages between 18 and 28 years. Static plantar pressure was assessed in one hundred participants using the Harris mat/Podiascan system. Recreational dancers showed higher plantar loading, suggesting dance-related adapations in foot biomechanics.本横断面研究（cross-sectional study）对比了18~28岁年龄段的业余舞者与年龄匹配的健康对照组的足底压力分布差异。研究采用哈里斯足底压力垫（Harris mat）/Podiascan系统对100名受试者的静态足底压力（static plantar pressure）进行了评估。结果显示，业余舞者的足底负荷（plantar loading）更高，提示其足部生物力学（foot biomechanics）出现了与舞蹈相关的适应性改变。
