通过对“萧山停车”微信小程序中用户车辆泊车情况实时更新道路泊位状态,用户可通过“萧山停车”微信小程序输入道路泊位区域,查询区域内道路泊位情况,以选择合适的泊位地点,避免在高峰时段遇到泊位困难,从而实现统一的管理、监测和分析。根据道路泊位数据计算泊位利用率和泊位周转率,优化道路泊位的资源分配和管理,提高泊位的利用率、周转率和服务质量。同时,也能为合理规划泊位设施的建设和布局提供数据支持。1.数据采集:当车辆驶入或驶出停车位时,安装在此停车位上的地磁(车位检测器)检测到磁场变化,判断有车后传输至PDA设备,停车收费服务员通过PDA有车信号前往相应泊位进行确认拍照取证并计时收费,PDA将确定后的数据通过地磁(车位检测器)实时传输到云平台,车主通过各类渠道支付停车费用,平台解析数据并分类统计。 2、算法说明:平台实时按照路段从数据库检索,并按照如下规则做数据统计:统计当下时间,萧山区所有道路泊位总数量作为【道路泊位总数】,无车总数据条数作为【道路泊位空余数】,有车总数据条数作为【道路泊位占用数】;统计最近一小时内,该路段下所有泊位地磁上报的有车总数据条数作为【停车次数】,道路泊位近30天内所有停车次数/泊位总数作为【泊位周转率(近30天)】,道路泊位昨日(时间00:00-23.59)所有停车次数/道路泊位总数作为【泊位周转率(昨日)】,道路泊位近30天所有道路泊位占用数/道路泊位总数作为【泊位利用率(近30天)】,道路泊位昨日(时间00:00-23.59)所有道路泊位占用数/道路泊位总数作为【泊位利用率(昨日)】

This dataset updates the real-time status of road parking berths based on real-time parking condition data of users from the "Xiaoshan Parking" WeChat Mini Program. Users can input the target road berth area via the "Xiaoshan Parking" WeChat Mini Program to query the status of road berths within the area, so as to select suitable berth locations, avoid berth shortages during peak hours, and enable unified management, monitoring and analysis. By calculating the berth utilization rate and berth turnover rate based on road berth data, this dataset optimizes the resource allocation and management of road berths, improves the utilization rate, turnover rate and service quality of berths, and provides data support for the rational planning of the construction and layout of berth facilities. 1. Data Collection: When a vehicle drives into or out of a designated parking space, the geomagnetic parking space detector installed at the space detects changes in the magnetic field. Upon confirming the presence of a vehicle, the detector transmits the data to a PDA device. The parking fee attendant uses the vehicle presence signal on the PDA to proceed to the corresponding berth for confirmation, take photos as evidence, and conduct timed charging. The PDA transmits the confirmed data to the cloud platform in real time via the geomagnetic detector. Vehicle owners pay parking fees through various channels, and the platform parses the collected data and performs classified statistics. 2. Algorithm Description: The platform retrieves data from the database by road section in real time, and conducts data statistics according to the following rules: - Count the total number of all road berths in Xiaoshan District at the current moment as "Total Number of Road Berths", the total number of vacant berth data entries as "Number of Vacant Road Berths", and the total number of occupied berth data entries as "Number of Occupied Road Berths"; - Count the total number of vehicle presence data reported by all berth geomagnetic detectors under this road section within the latest hour as "Number of Parking Times"; - Calculate "Berth Turnover Rate (Past 30 Days)" as (Total Parking Times of All Berths in the Past 30 Days) / Total Number of Road Berths; - Calculate "Berth Turnover Rate (Yesterday)" as (Total Parking Times of All Berths During Yesterday (00:00-23:59)) / Total Number of Road Berths; - Calculate "Berth Utilization Rate (Past 30 Days)" as (Total Occupied Road Berths in the Past 30 Days) / Total Number of Road Berths; - Calculate "Berth Utilization Rate (Yesterday)" as (Total Occupied Road Berths During Yesterday (00:00-23:59)) / Total Number of Road Berths
