The dataset comprises four folders. The folder "ERT_Fit" contains the electrical conductivity (r) observed by ERT and the fitted soil water content (SWC). Within this folder, there are three files corresponding to the south-facing slope (SFS), north-facing slope (NFS), and valley in a typical alpine watershed of the Qinghai Lake Basin, with each sheet representing a different date. The folder "SWC" contains files with the mean soil water content for SFS, NFS, and the valley, including mean values at different depths and layers. The folder "UV_Microtopography_classification" contains different micro-topography types identified using UAV (unmanned aerial vehicle) remote sensing. The folder "Factor" contains the influencing factors of soil water content variation for SFS, NFS, and the valley, among which the micro-topography and vegetation parameter-related indices are all derived from UAV identification.
