scRNA-seq of UEA-1+ mTEC in adult wild-type mice

The purpose of this project is to explore the direct and indirect roles of receptor activator of NF-kB ligand (RANKL) and CD40 ligand (CD40L) signaling on mTECs and TEC progenitors in the adult thymus.
