6-year host-parasite network data

Matrices of fleas and gamasid mites collected from the bodies of small mammalian hosts in the vicinity of the city of Novosibirsk (Russia; 54°51'16.92"N, 83° 6'24.48"E) during a six-year (1982-1987) survey. Matrix values are the mean abundance of an ectoparasite species on a host species, per year. Hosts are in rows, Ectoparasites are in columns本数据集涵盖1982年至1987年为期六年的调查所获数据，采集自俄罗斯新西伯利亚市（地理坐标：54°51'16.92"N，83°6'24.48"E）周边区域小型哺乳类宿主体表的跳蚤（fleas）与革螨（gamasid mites）样本矩阵。矩阵元素为对应年度内，某一宿主物种体表某一外寄生物物种的平均寄生丰度。其中，矩阵行代表宿主物种，列代表外寄生物物种。
