Hypertension and hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage via RNA-sequencing

This data set is the original sequencing data. The blood of patients with hypertension and hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage was collected, and the mRNA expression profile was obtained by high-throughput sequencing. The differentially expressed genes were compared with the blood mRNA of the control group volunteers.Nine samples from human whole blood, comprising three patients with HT(hypertension), three patients with HCH(Hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage), and three healthy individuals. All samples were collected after obtaining written informed consent from all participants in the present study. The present study was approved by the ethics committee of our hospital and was performed in accordance with the principles of the Declaration of Helsinki.
