GOES-11 Leg3 PHNL-NSTU 4km Ch3 Water Vapor Satellite Imagery. Version 1.0

This dataset contains leg3 PHNL-NSTU 4km Channel 3 water vapor imagery from the GOES-11 satellite taken during the HIPPO project. The imagery are in JPG format. The imagery cover the time span from 2008-12-12 09:00:00 to 2009-02-01 19:30:00.本数据集收录了HIPPO研究计划期间，由地球静止业务环境卫星11号（GOES-11）获取的第3航段PHNL-NSTU区域4千米分辨率3号通道水汽成像数据。该数据采用JPG（JPEG）格式存储，覆盖的时间跨度为2008年12月12日09:00:00至2009年2月1日19:30:00。
