Dataset Display Service: Significant Incident Risk Plants

The cartographic level represents the sites of establishments in the regional territory likely to cause major accidents within the meaning of Legislative Decree 105/2015, issued in implementation of Directive 2012/18/EU of 4 July 2012. The establishments are separated into lower-tier establishments and upper-tier establishments depending on the category of hazardous substance treated and the limit quantity identified in Annex 1 to Legislative Decree 105/2015.本制图层级收录了区域范围内，符合为实施2012年7月4日欧盟第2012/18/EU号指令（Directive 2012/18/EU）而颁布的第105/2015号立法法令（Legislative Decree 105/2015）所定义的、可能引发重大事故的经营设施点位。上述经营设施依据所处理的危险物质类别，以及第105/2015号立法法令附件1中载明的限量值，划分为低层级经营设施与高层级经营设施两类。
