Shapefile of the Ecosystem Functional Group : it is based on the ecoregions of Olson to which Toby Pennington has attribued a EFG.
Codes to produce it are in the Environmental_Data repository on GitHub.
Biom_ag_forested is a shape file with one polygon for each of the 10 EFG currently studied
StudyArea is a shape file with one polygone for the whole study area
EFGarea is a csv with the area of each EFG
Since the previous version, 3 ecoregions have been reclassified.
