Our goal was to identify how aging affects chromatin accessability in the mouse liver. Overall design: C57BL/6 mice were euthanized using CO2 and cervical dislocation. Whole liver was excised and maintained on ice cold DMEM and nuclei were isolated while tissue was fresh. Tagmentation was conducted for 30 minutes at 37 degrees Celsius followed by DNA isolation and library preperation.
