Flooding – Flood image regional clashes (2021)

This map shows the floodable area and maximum water depths that may occur after a breakthrough of regional flood defences. Regional flood defences are, for example, bosom quays, polder quays, fences along regional rivers, canals and compartmentalising dikes. Regional floodgates are under the control of the province. As the consequences of a breakthrough of a regional barrier are generally smaller, the standards of regional barriers are also lower. The designation and standard of regional flood defences is the responsibility of the province and is laid down in the Provincial Regulation. The map with the flood picture after the breakthrough of the regional flood defences is based on the ROR and is similar to the scenarios used on Riskmap.nl.本地图展示了区域性防洪设施（regional flood defences）溃决后可能出现的淹没范围与最大水深。 区域性防洪设施例如包括护岸堤、圩区堤岸、区域性河流沿岸堤防、运河及分隔用堤坝。区域性防洪闸门由各省管辖。由于区域性防洪屏障溃决后的影响通常较小，因此其建设标准也相对更低。区域性防洪设施的划定与标准制定由各省负责，并在《省级条例》中予以明确规定。 本展示区域性防洪设施溃决后淹没场景的地图以ROR为基础，且与Riskmap.nl平台所采用的溃决场景相一致。
