Experiment Tank Conditions during a thermal stress experiment using reef building corals collected in Kāne'ohe Bay, O'ahu, Hawai'i.

Experimental tank conditions through the four day acclimation period and five week thermal stress experiment. Temperature in each tank was logged every 10 minutes as well as discrete measurements of temperature, pH, salinity, and conductivity made twice daily. Flow rates of each tank were measured once a day, and light (PAR) was measured once daily in the morning.本实验涵盖4天的驯化阶段与5周的热胁迫实验，各实验水箱的环境监测详情如下：每10分钟自动记录一次各水箱的水温；每日开展两次间断采样，测定水温、pH值、盐度及电导率。各水箱的水流流速每日测定一次，每日早晨则开展一次光照（光合有效辐射，Photosynthetically Active Radiation，简称PAR）强度测定。
