Bibliographic Network Data and Cluster Assignments for Emergency Response Operations Management Extant Research, through February 2019

This dataset is in two parts. The first part (EROM Literature Sample) provides complete bibliographic references for all 644 published emergency response decision models included in J.P. Minas, N.C. Simpson, Z.Y. Tacheva, Modeling emergency response operations: A theory building survey, Comput. Oper. Res., 119 (2020). The second part (EROM Citation Network) is the combined citation network of those 644 papers, a complex bibliographic network dataset describing a total of 14,821 papers linked by 23,175 citation relationships.本数据集分为两个子模块。第一模块为EROM文献样本（EROM Literature Sample），完整收录了J.P. Minas、N.C. Simpson、Z.Y. Tacheva在《Comput. Oper. Res.》2020年第119卷发表的论文《Modeling emergency response operations: A theory building survey》中所纳入的全部644篇已发表应急响应决策模型的完整参考文献著录信息。第二模块为EROM引文网络（EROM Citation Network），即上述644篇论文的组合引文网络，属于复杂的文献计量网络数据集，涵盖总计14821篇论文，其间存在23175条引文关联关系。
