Staff Requirement Data for Staff Scheduling

Each column of this dataset is staff requirement data from a call centre. Each column is of length 336 and corresponds to half-hourly staff requirements in a week. It can be used in the development of new staff/shift scheduling methods.本数据集的每一列均为某呼叫中心（call centre）的员工需求数据。每一列的数据长度为336，对应一周内每半小时一次的员工需求统计。该数据集可用于开发新型员工排班与调度方法。
