Whole-genome resequencing of Romanov sheep

Romanov sheep is a well-known breed with extremely high fecundity in northern Europe. Here, eight Romanov sheep were sequenced in this study. The population structure, demographic history and selection signatures were analyzed in Romanov sheep.
