Data for: Risk Preferences and Poverty Traps in the Uptake of Credit and Insurance amongst Small-Scale Farmers in South Africa

The dataset contains experimental data obtained from risk experiments with small scale farmers in the Matzikamma District in the Western Cape, South Africa. In the experiment measures for Risk Aversion, Probability Weighting and Loss Aversion are obtained. The dataset further contains background socio-economic variables obtained via a survey conducted on the day of the experiments.本数据集收录了南非西开普省马齐卡马（Matzikamma）地区针对小规模农户开展风险实验所获取的实验数据。本次实验获取了风险厌恶（Risk Aversion）、概率加权（Probability Weighting）与损失厌恶（Loss Aversion）的相关测度指标。本数据集同时包含实验当日通过问卷调查采集的背景社会经济变量数据。
