Use Case 3 explores the benefits of a cooperative traffic management system that enables vehicles, road users, and road operators to collaboratively improve safety and traffic efficiency on high-speed road corridors. The focus is on generating and distributing real-time traffic management strategies—such as speed adaptation, distance keeping, lane avoidance, and hazard warnings—based on a comprehensive, real-time traffic status overview for each road section. This overview is produced by a hybrid Physical and Digital Infrastructure (PDI) that integrates internal traffic-management data with external inputs from vehicles and roadside perception systems. UC3 considers scenarios related to daily commuting traffic supported by traffic management, as well as safety incidents occurring in cross-border contexts, where service continuity and resilience are critical. Particular attention is given to addressing challenges caused by cellular network interruptions during roaming between international operators. Two test locations were used for capturing the datasets:1. C32 highway with real traffic, Barcelona (Autopistas Future Road Lab testbed): The tests involved two Connected Vehicles (CVs) receiving traffic and manoeuvre recommendations from the Traffic Management Centre via in-vehicle HMIs, allowing drivers to react accordingly. Safety-related incident scenarios and cross-border scenarios were tested here. Additionally, Vulnerable Road User (VRU) protection (e.g. relevant in areas where passengers board the CAV, such as shuttle stops) were tested through collision risk alerts. 2. UTAC closed circuit, Paris: Automated driving capabilities were tested through the inclusion of a Connected and Automated Vehicle (CAV) operating at motorway speeds and autonomously responding to received recommendations. Finally, an on-demand shuttle service with the CAV shuttle was demonstrated targeting commuter clients, illustrating how cooperative traffic management can support new mobility services and integrated transport offerings. The definitive tests to obtain the KPIs were performed in October-November 2025 on the multiple dates dates, with the most prominent ones being: 3-7.11.2025 (UTAC) and 13.11.2025 (final tests C32). The final demonstration of UC3 was conducted on 20.11.2025. This data package contains all logs, a README guide to the structure of the data logs, and the computation methods to obtain the KPI results.
