Redefining Disproportionate Arrest Rate Data

This data (SPSS 29) was taken from mugshots. The skin tone of the forehead was read with a eyedropper program off the website publishing the mugshots of those arrested in Alachua County Florida. The mugshots were from two months before and two months after a mandate to stop arresting people to protect the prison population during COVID.本数据集（SPSS 29）源自美国佛罗里达州阿拉楚阿县被捕人员的警方嫌犯大头照（mugshots）。研究人员借助取色器程序（eyedropper program），从发布该批被捕人员大头照的网站上提取了前额区域的肤色数据。这批大头照的采集时间，分别位于新冠疫情期间为保护监狱服刑人群而颁布的停止逮捕法令实施前后各两个月。
